Membership Termination Policy
Failure to pay the R98 monthly subscription fee will result in a 30-day grace period. If payment is not received within this time, the membership will be terminated, and all associated benefits — including claims to the pooled funds — will be forfeited.
In the case of early cancellation or non-payment, clients may request a formal cancellation letter via email. Upon completion and signing, membership and associated benefits will be terminated.
Credfin retains the right to terminate any membership at its sole discretion, without limitation, to maintain organizational integrity and operational efficiency.
